YGG Quest Knight

Create a questing adventure for the YGG community.

Community members eligible for this role will be contacted by YGG Core.

How do I become a Quest Knight?

1. This role is by invite only from YGG Core and is designated pre-season.

How to Join:

1. Design quests alongside the YGG Global Community team.
2. Help in community support around the issued quests.
3. Support in the administrative vetting of submissions by the end of the season, which includes reviewing proof of quest completion, checking for fraudulent submissions, and facilitating appeals and resubmissions.

YGG Greeter

The Greeter helps set a helpful, positive, friendly, and encouraging culture in the YGG Discord server which will help us engage the community and retain members.

1. Join the [YGG Discord server](https://discord.gg/ygg) and register as a YGG Greeter.
2. You must have at least 5 completed achievements to join this quest.
3. Welcome newcomers onto the YGG Discord server.

1. Join the #general-chat channel in the YGG Discord server.
2. Ping @moderator and ask how to register as a YGG Greeter. The moderator will send you a sign-up form.
3. Once you are registered, participate actively on the YGG Discord server by welcoming new members and helping them navigate the server.
4. At the end of the YGG GAP Season 5 for Global Community Ops Quests, the Quest Manager CorpsCity or an Upper Mod will check and review your activity on Discord, and you will receive the achievement if you have actively been fulfilling your duties at least 3-4 days per week.

YGG Guard

The YGG Guard helps set a helpful, positive, friendly, and encouraging culture in the YGG Discord server which will help us engage the community and retain members.

1. Join the [YGG Discord server](https://discord.gg/ygg) and register as a YGG Guard (Community Helper).
2. You must have at least 5 completed achievements to join this quest.
3. Support the YGG Royal Guards by spreading positivity, kindness, and safety within the community.

1. Join the #general-chat channel in the YGG Discord server.
2. Ping @moderator and ask how to register as a YGG Guard. The moderator will send you a sign-up form.
3. Once you are registered, participate actively on the YGG Discord server by informing members about server rules and conduct, and lead by example. Also provide support by answering general questions to the best of your ability. Ping the @moderator if needed.
4. At the end of the YGG GAP Season 5 for Global Community Ops Quests, the Quest Manager CorpsCity or an Upper Mod will check and review your activity on Discord, and you will receive the achievement if you have actively been fulfilling your duties at least 3-4 days per week.

YGG Royal Guard

The YGG Royal Guard aims to maintain and develop the YGG Discord server by helping with administrative duties such as monitoring and moderating.

1. Community Helpers can reach out to Quest Manager CorpsCity to apply as a YGG Royal Guard (Moderator).
2. You must have the YGG Guard Achievement to join this quest.
3. Serve the realm and help secure the community environment by working with the YGG Guards and YGG Kingsguards.

1. Ping CorpsCity to register as a YGG Royal Guard and he will send you a sign-up form.
2. Once you are registered, participate actively by monitoring the server weekly, moderating text and voice channels (warn, mute, deafen, kick, ban, in compliance with the server rules), and provide general support to users for frequently asked questions.
3. At the end of the YGG GAP Season 5 for Global Community Ops Quests, the Quest Manager CorpsCity or an Upper Mod will check and review your activity on Discord, and you will receive the achievement if you have actively been fulfilling your duties at least 3-4 days per week.

YGG Kingsguard

The YGG Kingsguard aims to maintain and develop the YGG Discord server by helping with high level administrative duties.

1. Moderators can reach out to Quest Manager CorpsCity to apply for an interview to be a YGG Kingsguard.
2. You must have the YGG Royal Guard Achievement to join this quest.
3. Oversee the YGG Discord realm to ensure community prosperity.

1. Ping CorpsCity to apply for an interview as a YGG Royal Guard and wait for next steps. The role only has two total open positions.
2. Once you get the role, participate actively by monitoring the server daily, moderating text and voice channels (warn, mute, deafen, kick, ban, in compliance with the server rules), assist with role creation, update, and distribution. Also help in answering support ticket queries, assist tracking of metrics, and assist CorpsCity with basic and ad hoc tasks as needed.
3. At the end of the YGG GAP Season 5 for Global Community Ops Quests, the Quest Manager CorpsCity or an Upper Mod will check and review your activity on Discord, and you will receive the achievement if you have actively been fulfilling your duties at least 3-4 days per week.

YGG Savior

The YGG Savior provides assistance to YGG in handling and resolving YGG Discord support tickets, which helps address community concerns and detect issues that need to be escalated to the YGG core team.

1. Moderators can reach out to Quest Manager CorpsCity to apply as a YGG Savior.
2. You must have the YGG Royal Guard Achievement to join this quest.
3. Support the resolution of community concerns for tickets/support.

1. Ping CorpsCity to register as a YGG Savior and he will share the next steps with you.
2. Once you are registered, participate actively by monitoring support tickets weekly and replying to them, and answer frequently asked questions and/or initiate resolution by pinging the appropriate YGG Core members.
3. At the end of the YGG GAP Season 5 for Global Community Ops Quests, the Quest Manager CorpsCity or an Upper Mod will check and review your activity on Discord, and you will receive the achievement if you have actively been fulfilling your duties.
