Can I use more than one Genso account to complete different Genso quests for GAP?
- You MUST complete all the GAP quests using 1 wallet and Genso registered email account throughout the whole duration of GAP Season 7. You can have different character in-game names and codes. You can also choose to utilize other character slots for quests in accordance with each quest’s criteria, but email and wallet will only be 1. The same email and wallet should also apply for your UGC accounts.
- You cannot do multiaccounting i.e. you cannot complete all or some quests, then register for another email/wallet to complete quests again for fair play. If you are found to have violated this condition, ALL your entries will be forfeited. Any sort of incongruencies in the data submitted can also deem forfeiture especially if deemed used for exploitative purposes.
What if I have issues or further questions about any of my Genso GAP quests?
- In the event of disputes arising from backend data related to entry validity, users may escalate their concerns to Genso Discord moderators and administrators for verification. The data will be checked against the details provided by Genso’s developers. If Genso’s backend confirms that a user's claim is valid, that entry may be accepted. Ultimately, Genso's developers and management hold the final authority and precedence, with the power to make decisions when case submissions do not meet the necessary criteria.
- Screenshots submitted as proof of quest completion will not be the sole determining factor for meeting criteria. Inaccuracies in screenshots are permissible and not to be a sole determining factor to disqualify entries, as they primarily serve as marketing purposes. Nonetheless, users may still use screenshots to raise concerns about entry validity so it will also be important to make this as accurate as it can be.
